Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli and Manchester United forward Anthony Martial lead the way as two of four players aged 21 or under who carry a potential rating of 90
Dele Alli and Anthony Martial have been ranked as the best youngsters in world football by FIFA 17.
The Tottenham midfielder is one of 25 starlets boasting an overall potential rating of 88 and above, with Alli able to reach as high as 90. The Manchester United forward can also reach 90, and has a base rating of 82 compared to Alli’s 80.
In total, four players aged 21 or under can reach 90. Bayern and Portugal winger Renato Sanches starts at 78 while Borussia Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele begins Career Mode at 77.

Elsewhere, four more players can reach a potential of 88. Real Madrid midfielder Marco Asensio leads the way with a base rating of 81, following closely by Chelsea centre-back Kurt Zouma with 80.
Hamburg youngster Alen Halilovic, who left Barcelona over the summer, starts on 79 and Anderlecht’s much-hyped midfielder Youri Tielemans starts on 78.
EA Sports have released a full list of youngsters boasting a potential of 85 and above, with United leading the way with five players from the 94-strong list. Manchester City have four, with Kelechi Iheanacho ranked highest.
